New Home in Brighton Our brief was to design an ultra modern home in place of the old weatherboard home with plenty of the old fashioned comforts in a modern home for now and years to come.

We listened.

New Home in Beaumaris A narrow block, just 40ft (12.2M), our client needed a new home to suit their growing family. They did a lot of research with project builders but not one of them could provide the flexibility of design that they needed.

We did.

Phillip Island Holiday Home Our client was looking at purchasing a property with sweeping views of Westernport Bay and wanted us to do some preliminary drawings to take to the bank when applying for the finance for the proposed purchase. We were happy to oblige and because it was only preliminary sketches the cost was minimal.

Dual Occupancy - Frankston South
An excellent site for the proposed re development. Corner sites are the best for access and use of available area. Our clients will live in the new unit and rent out the old house, keeping it as part of their property portfolio and superannuation.

Second Story Extension - Carrum An area that’s sneaking up on people, considered until recently a poorer cousin to Aspendale and Edithvale. People are now realizing it’s potential and upgrading their homes to take advantage of the bayside property boom.
