The Design Process just 4 easy steps
1. Free on site appraisal
* We provide a Free initial visit to discuss your project, then follow up with a written quotation for you to consider.
2. Second Meeting and Site Measure
* Once you have accepted our quotation we arrange a suitable time to measure the existing property, review your requirements, and schedule the preliminary drawings.
3. Preliminary Plan(s)
* When they are ready we email/post to you the preliminary Floor Plan(s) plus 1 or 2 perspective views for you to review prior to us proceeding to final working drawings. We suggest that you obtain an estimate from your selected building contractor at this stage to make sure that the project is within your estimated budget.
4. Finished Working Drawings
* Once you have reviewed the preliminary drawings we then schedule the final working drawings which include: Floor Plan(s), Elevations, Section, Site Plan, and General Notes specific to your project.

Town Planning.
Should your project require a Town Planning Permit a separate quotation will be supplied, as the presentations required for Town Planning applications are different from the working drawings.

Consultants and Permits
We will be involved in your project as far or as little as you wish, some clients are confident in handling the consultants and permits themselves whilst others prefer us to handle the whole process for them. You can even switch mid stream if you find it difficult dealing with building departments, engineers and the like, we’re always there for you.
