Welcome to Good Design Drafting, a family owned building design service where we strive to provide the kind of service that we would hope to receive when designing a new home or extensions to an existing home.

Having been in the Design and Construction industry for some 30years, designing and building for hundreds of very happy customers, Dennis is very experienced at assessing homes realistically when discussing client’s wishes, needs, and lifestyles and then applying it to practical, affordable, individual designs.

With Mary handling the day to day running of the office, chasing property details, filing, printing etc we are able to provide excellent service for our customers.

Our office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm (and other times by arrangement), so give us a call for a friendly obligation free chat about your envisaged new home or extension.
